With this service you can:

• Record any call from any device i.e. Mobile Phone, Fixed phone or VoIP Phone.
• Record incoming or outgoing calls.
• Choose when you want to start recording i.e. all of the conversation or just a part of the conversation or when the discussion becomes significant.
• Play prerecorded or customised prompts during your call such as terms and conditions, etc.

At any time you can:

• Add additional Selective Call Recording Services to your account, e.g. to add a service for new sales person.

Requirements

• To use the Selective Call Recording service your phone must support the "conferencing" feature. Please call us or check with your phone provider that conferencing is supported.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

During a standard call conversation, place your call on hold. Dial the dedicated number we will give you and conference in the initial call.

A sound file of your conversation is securely delivered immediately to your inbox.

Login to your member's account to play back, make notes, download or forward your call recording to others.
